Delivery address
Within a given country, the shipping address may differ from the billing address. The delivery address should be the address where the recipient specified at the time of ordering is most likely to be located at the expected time of delivery. The delivery address entered when ordering cannot be changed afterwards!
Delivery by parcel post is not possible due to the storage of products and the sensitivity of quality. If you do provide a parcel address for delivery, we cannot accept any responsibility for the product. In this case, the right of withdrawal, as this may be considered a breach of contract, does not apply to the customer.
Services of the supplier
SMS services
In all cases, the carrier undertakes to notify the customer by SMS of the expected time of delivery. The SMS service does not need to be ordered separately, it is included in all orders for packages ordered from 15.11.2024. The format of the phone number must be the same as the format requested in the order summary. If it does not match the SMS will not be received.
E-mail notification
The day before the delivery, the delivery company will send an e-mail notification of the dispatch of the parcel, indicating the parcel number and the value of the delivery. In Hungary only, if for any reason the carrier is unable to find you at the address provided, they will leave a written notice on the premises and will attempt to deliver the parcel again at a time agreed with you, up to 2 working days after the e-mail notification. There will be no additional charge. Parcels not received within the specified time limit will be treated as returned parcels by the courier service, and any re-delivery will be subject to an additional charge, which will be passed on to the customer.
